1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
4 tablespoons sugar, divided
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 cups Northwest fresh sweet cherries, pitted and halved

173 Cal., 2.3 g pro., 4.1 g fat (20% Cal. from fat), 34.2 g carb., 0 mg chol., 1.3 g fiber and 62 mg sodium.

Cut four 4-inch circles from puff pastry sheet; place on cookie sheet and turn edges to form a shallow shell. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar evenly over all 4 shells. Combine remaining sugar, flour and orange peel; sprinkle over cherry halves and mix well. Arrange cherries in a single layer on each shell. Bake at 400°F 14 to 18 minutes or until pastry is brown and cherries are baked. Cool and serve.
